About me

My name is Andy Easton and I am a fully qualified approved driving instructor (ADI) registered with the Driver & Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA).

After working with a National Driving School, I moved on to become an independent driving instructor in March 2004. As with all ADIs, my personal standards of instruction and knowledge are checked by the DVSA on a regular basis, therefore ensuring that you will receive a high standard of tuition.

My aim is to ensure that you become a confident and safe driver, preparing you to meet the challenges ahead in the rest of your driving career. Passing the driving test is the minimum standard that you must reach to be allowed to drive unsupervised on the roads, so on our lessons we will be looking beyond this standard, to help you to feel confident in your own abilities and aware of your limitations.

I will also provide help in preparing you for the Theory Test, from discussing techniques and questions through access to approved websites, which I will arrange for you.  All lessons are on a one-to-one basis (no car sharing) ,ensuring that your time is not shared with anyone else.

How can I help you?

I am a patient, friendly instructor and I have not been known to lose my temper or raise my voice on lessons (yet!). I have taught people from absolute beginners through to those who have experienced problems passing the test.

Nervous drivers feel at ease with me and I never put any pressure on you to progress beyond your current limitations. I believe there must be a relationship of mutual trust between instructor and pupil.

So, whatever standard you're at – beginner, improver, nervous, having problems passing – contact me. If you're not satisfied with your current lessons and rate of progress, get in touch today.
